It is used to organize and structure a collection of DICOM files, making it easier to locate and access specific images. These are often found on imaging CD-Roms. We currently do not support loading DicomDir files in this tool, but we are working on a feature for this. In the meantime, you can simple find the dicom files in your cd manually and drop them on the viewer page.
